I wanted to personally thank each and every one of youthat worked on my pond in Blacklick. It probably was not the easiest job given the weather, no direct access to the back yard, etc. But regardless you all totally knocked it out of the park with a beautiful pond that we are sure to enjoy for many years to come. It has exceeded all of our expectations and was definitely worth the wait!
I am sure there are plenty of ways to cut corners on ponds such as mine with generic designs, features, and machines that do most of the digging and rock placement. However, I witnessed hours of painstaking digging/tamping by hand and placement of each rock to get a true customized look. That is a testament to the commitment to excellence your team has and reinforces your tagline of “Ponds done right, customers served right is our promise!”.
Thank you again for all of your had work and effort. It is greatly appreciated and respected. You are a class bunch and outfit! Keep up the great work and I look forward toseeing some of you in the future during regular servicing.

We paid a landscape company to install a water feature in our backyard. It turned out to be a total and complete disaster. Luckily someone told us to contact Midwest Water Gardens. They ripped the unsustainable, poorly designed feature out and built us an amazingly beautiful and entertaining pond. Yay, Midwest Water Gardens!
